Independence Day
The Independence Day celebration for Grade 1 was filled with joy, enthusiasm, and patriotic spirit. The children came dressed in colourful costumes representing various national figures. They were taken to the ground to participate in the flag-hoisting ceremony and proudly joined in the celebrations.

The Investiture Ceremony for 2026–27 welcomed the new student council to office. Head Girl, house captains and sports leaders stood on stage with their sashes and flags, ready to serve the school.

Dad and Me brought fathers into the classroom to spend the morning with their children. They sat together at the tables, drawing, writing and building with colourful blocks.

Best Out of Waste invited students to make something new from materials that might otherwise be thrown away. Classrooms filled with paper, ice-cream sticks, glue and colour as everyone set to work.

Drawing and Colouring gave every class a quiet hour with pencils, crayons and paper. Students bent over their desks, adding lines and colour to pictures of their own.

Robotic Fest turned the hall into a showcase of student ideas. Tables were lined with models, laptops and small robots, and every team was ready to explain how their project worked.

Awareness Week
Awareness Week turned everyday choices into lessons. Students held up a globe, a cloth bag and a plastic bag, and talked about why a reusable bag is kinder to the earth.

Fancy Dress
The Fancy Dress Competition filled the classroom with colour and character. Children arrived as fruits, princesses, soldiers, an astronaut and even a dinosaur, and lined up to show who they had become.

Field Trip
The field trip took the children beyond the classroom. They met workers from Clean Bengaluru, who keep the city tidy, and received a small card as a reminder of the work that happens every day.

Krishna Janmashtami
Grades 1 students celebrated Janmashtami with great devotion and joy on 4th September during the General Assembly. The sandpit area was beautifully decorated with colorful matkas, flutes, and chart papers, creating a festive atmosphere.

Making Learning Visible opened the classroom so families could see how children learn. Parents sat beside their little ones as letters, pictures and matching games covered the tables.

Role Play let students try on someone else’s day. In a chef’s hat and apron, one child held a bowl and spoke as if the classroom were a kitchen.
